During the COVID pandemic, many cities implemented “stay at home” and “social distancing” to reduce the spread of COVID19 to limit the burden on healthcare systems.

The rapid spread of COVID19 across international boundaries and cities has created a concern for people in affected areas.

As people sit at home waiting for the spread of Covid19 to lessen, some laid off from jobs, or asked to take pay reductions, schools closed, and with the disruption of work and family life; anxieties are valid concerns.

In this video, presented in easy to understand Pidgin English, are strategies for keeping anxieties to a minimum while waiting out for the normalcy.
